How often should I come for a checkup and cleaning?

We advise you to have regular dental check ups every 6 months to a year as advised by your dentist.  This helps diagnose problems early and hence keep your teeth for longer . Toothaches can be avoided with regular checks. Regular scaling and Polishing of your teeth help maintaining gum health .  Some people have periodontal problems, they need more frequent cleaning visits as advised by the dentist.
